hey guys! this is gonna be like an ana masterpost for myself because i really, really need to lose some weight. last time i weighed myself i was 147lbs (that was yesterday. my ugw is 105-110lbs and i need to be there by august 18th (my first day of school) which means losing 40lbs this summer. this date is kind of far so i decided it’s gonna be best if i set a half way goal of 20lbs to keep me on track.
in order to keep this goal my weigh-in’s need to be as follow:
june 10th - 148lbs
june 15th - 145lbs
june 20th - 142lbs
june 25th - 139lbs
june 30th - 136lbs
july 5th- 133lbs
july 10th- 130lbs
july 15th- 127lbs
july 20th - 124lbs
1. drink 1 gallon of water a day
2. friday’s and saturday’s are fasting days (if you can’t fast both days then saturday is strictly fruit/vegetables only)
3. eat 500 calories or less
4. don’t eat anything listed in the “danger foods”
5. workout sunday-thursday
6. no binging
7. go on a run every single morning. even if it’s just once around the block or 10 minutes long.
8. your eating window is strictly 12-6
9. do two workout sessions per day
10. do yoga and stretch everyday
ten rules. follow these and you will lose 20lbs in 40 days. you will be 124lbs by cheer camp.
🚫 danger foods 🚫
do not consume these foods during this 40 day period. absolutely NO exceptions
- hot cheetos
- chips
- processed desserts
- baked goods (brownies, cake, cookies etc)
- fast food (mc donald’s, burger king etc YUCK)
- soda
- candy
- dairy
- red meats
- chocolate
- pancakes
- wings n things
🎀 before a binge 🎀
follow these steps in order (AND COMPLETE ALL OF THEM) before you binge. if you don’t follow all these steps then you don’t want to be 124lbs by cheer camp i guess..? don’t skip anything. all you’re doing is setting yourself back 2-3lbs by binging
**** ALWAYS THROW WHATEVER FOOD YOU WANT IN THE TRASH. EVERY TIME. WHATEVER YOU WANNA EAT DUMP IT IN THE TRASH OR FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET. THINK ABOUT THE .5lbs or 1bs UR LOSING BY DOING THIS. UR GONNA BE BEAUTIFUL. if you’re still hungry follow all of these steps: ****
1. brush your teeth
2. take your shirt off, put on some unreleased lana del rey and dance/sing to 5 songs
3. go on a walk in a tight shirt, listen to your “bad ass” playlist
4. watch bikini collection videos on youtube in your sports bra in the mirror. watch at least 2 vids
5. watch ootd videos on youtube in your mirror in your sports bra. watch at least 2 vids
6. look up “fat people eating ….” (whatever you wanna binge on)
7. drink a cup of tea and then go on a walk again
8. watch lana del rey montage videos
9. ask your mom to take you to the library, thrift shop, nail salon or gym
10. facetime 3 friends in your sports bra
11. scroll through your entire blog
12. stand in the mirror and grab your problem areas. if you eat, know that these will only get worse.
13. have some self control. eat to live don’t live to eat. you’re gonna be a skinny girl, watch
